so tired after two camps in a row during the hols :(
but i had alot of fun meeting new people and learning new experience :D
cant believe hols is almost over, dint even get a chance to enjoy it fully . to
o tired and lazy to go out anyway :/

tired of my messed up life in high school.

maybee, maybe what i need is a fresh start?

at a new environment?

a new school?im consideering bu3 since my hope of going to CHS had long since gone.

two years of fruitless attempt with the help of 20 more adults help is useless.

i still cant get in .so i guess it's not meant to be:/

or the other alternative is , Aussie :D

i would love to go and live with my brother and sister now.

since it's just the two of them so lonely there

and i need company too :'(

but what would happen to mum and dad if i go there too?

the stress will kill them. literally.

why? financial problems thats why.

but i really want to go attend overseas high school

cuz it looks and sound cool hehe.

went to my siblings high school for a visit when i went aussie

and i love their uniform so much freedom :D

and the public library my sis brought me is HEAVEN.

because it's laden with awesome classic books.

can you believe i went to australia and went to finish my english project there?

pretty exciting if you borrow their books.

thank god they have every book that i need :D

White chocolate cheesecake

For a special occassion

Preparation Time: 30mins

Cooking Time: Overnight

Serves: 10

Ingredients: 

250g plain sweet biscuits 
125g butter, melted 
2 teaspoons gelatine 
¼ cup water 
375g cream cheese, softened 
½ cup caster sugar 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
300ml thickened cream 
150g white chocolate, melted Mixed berries and grated white chocolate, to garnish

Method: 

1. Grease and line a 22cm spring form tin with baking paper. 
2. Place biscuits in a food processor. Process until fine. Add melted butter. Process until combined.  Press mixture onto the base of the prepared tin.  Refrigerate for 30 minutes 
3. Sprinkle gelatine over water in a heatproof jug. Stand jug in a small saucepan of simmering water. Stir until gelatine dissolves. Cool slightly. 
4. Place cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Using the beaters, beat on Low speed (1-2) until just combined. Increase to Medium/High speed (4-5) and beat until smooth.  
5. Add cream. Continue beating until just combined. Add chocolate and gelatine mixture. Beat until just combined. Pour mixture into prepared tin. Refrigerate overnight or until firm. 
6. Serve garnished with mixed berries and grated chocolate.

I hate to admit it, but i was actually quite curious about dissection :D

while other girls avoid looking at the frog and stay away in disgust, i actually went closer to

have a look while caleb explain what is organs is what and how they work.
